Halloween Wreaths

Wreaths are a universal holiday decoration, and Halloween wreaths can be made to look as spooky or funky as you like.

Most of these Halloween wreaths are fairly simple to make, and many use some recycled materials.

Craft this easy skull wreath using a paper plate, newspaper, black paint and skulls.
