All you need to make it are:1 white kitchen trash bag Newspaper Black Marker Piece of string, long, if you want to use it to hang your ghost high Here's what you do: To make your trash bag ghost, you need to crumple several sheets of newspapers. Put them in the bottom of the trash bag until you have enough to make a nice size head. Gather the bag under the newspapers - firmly enough to make the head fairly solid. Wrap one end of the string a few times around the "neck", under the head - and tie tightly. Use the black marker to make a spooky face! Tie the other end of the string to a high tree branch, or the ceiling. Fluff out the bag so it will catch a breeze and swing. Make several more for a ghostly gathering.
